KINESIOLOGY
We bring the conversation into the body.
Because sometimes you can understand something intellectually and still notice your body responding differently.
Kinesiology gives us another way to explore what may be showing up beneath conscious awareness.
ENERGETICS
We work with the energetic layer of what you're experiencing - bringing attention to what is happening beneath the obvious and creating space for something different to emerge.
Together, these give us a much fuller picture.
What we'll look at
Over three months, we'll explore the relationship between you and the business you're building.
Your energy - what gives you life, what drains you and what you're actually able to hold.
Your decisions - how you naturally make them and where you may be overriding yourself.
Your patterns - the things you keep doing, even when you know they aren't working for you.
Your business - the offers, ways of working, structure and rhythms you've created around yourself.
And what's happening beneath the surface - the things that aren't always visible through strategy alone.
We aren't looking for something to fix.
We're looking for what is already there.
Because when you can see it, you can work with it.
